The state of tuna in this country

I am writing about tuna as my first topic. It is something we all have in common and therefore a good starting off point... ooppps I nearly spelt 'pint' which means I may have been having an impure, alcholic thought and it is only 1.50pm.

Anyhow, I like tuna! I eat it mostly every day and it makes me feel quietly satified about life in general.

I always have time for tuna afficionados. If it's the tinned kind. The tinny fishy combo I find delightful. Though I believe you combine it with cheese?

You are quite right in assuming this Miss Mai. The cottage cheese goes down a treat with tuna and sweet chilli sauce.

For the gourmet buffs out there, may I suggest adding a little fresh coriander with a twist of lime.

This mixture can be put on a warm toasty baguette or a baked potatoe.
